Mr Paddier's educational journey began at the University ofTrinidad and Tobago (UTT), where he earned his bachelor's degree in Special Needs Education. His thirst for knowledge and determination to make a difference led him to further specialize in Inclusive and Special Education, culminating in a master's degree from the University of the West Indies, St Augustine.
